- Ability to transfer data from paper format into digital format.
- Ability to type Urdu language.

How to Apply
1: Applicants may apply through ECP’s Online Recruitment System by visiting the link i.e. www.ecp.gov.pk or jobs.ecp.gov.pk within 10-12-2023.
2: Applicants who apply through the online recruitment system are also required to submit hard copy of their applications failing which the candidates will be considered as ineligible.
3: Hard copy of application on the following prescribed format along with CVs and all relevant education/experience certificates including CNIC and one recent passport size photograph should reach through P.O. Box Number 1418 within 10-12-2023. The name of the position applied for must also be clearly mentioned on the envelope.
4: Applications received after cut-off date shall not be entertained.
5: No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in test/interview. Only short-listed candidates will be called for test/interview.
6: The Competent Authority reserves the right to cancel the process of recruitment of advertised post partially or totally without assigning any reason.
7: Stations for test/interview will be decided subject to number of candidates.
8: The applicant is liable to serve anywhere in the country where such post(s) exists.
9: Relaxation of upper age limit including 05 years general relaxation over and above the prescribed age limit shall also be admissible under the Initial Appointment to Civil posts (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 1993.

درخواست دہندگان ECP کے آن لائن ریکروٹمنٹ سسٹم کے ذریعے 10-12-2023 کے اندر لنک یعنی www.ecp.gov.pk یا jobs.ecp.gov.pk پر جا کر درخواست دے سکتے ہیں۔
درخواست دہندگان جو آن لائن ریکروٹمنٹ سسٹم کے ذریعے درخواست دیتے ہیں انہیں بھی اپنی درخواستوں کی ہارڈ کاپی جمع کرانے کی ضرورت ہے جس میں ناکام ہونے کی صورت میں امیدواروں کو نااہل تصور کیا جائے گا۔
درج ذیل مقررہ فارمیٹ پر درخواست کی ہارڈ کاپی کے ساتھ CVs اور تمام متعلقہ تعلیمی/تجربہ سرٹیفکیٹ بشمول CNIC اور ایک حالیہ پاسپورٹ سائز تصویر P.O کے ذریعے پہنچنی چاہیے۔ 10-12-2023 کے اندر باکس نمبر 1418۔ لفافے پر جس پوزیشن کے لیے درخواست دی گئی ہے اس کا نام بھی واضح طور پر درج ہونا چاہیے۔
کٹ آف تاریخ کے بعد موصول ہونے والی درخواستوں پر غور نہیں کیا جائے گا۔
ٹیسٹ/انٹرویو میں شرکت کے لیے کوئی TA/DA قابل قبول نہیں ہوگا۔ صرف مختصر فہرست والے امیدواروں کو ٹیسٹ/انٹرویو کے لیے بلایا جائے گا۔
مجاز اتھارٹی بغیر کوئی وجہ بتائے جزوی یا مکمل طور پر مشتہر پوسٹ پر بھرتی کے عمل کو منسوخ کرنے کا حق محفوظ رکھتی ہے۔
ٹیسٹ/انٹرویو کے لیے سٹیشنوں کا فیصلہ امیدواروں کی تعداد سے مشروط کیا جائے گا۔
درخواست دہندہ ملک میں کہیں بھی خدمات انجام دینے کا ذمہ دار ہے جہاں ایسی پوسٹیں موجود ہیں۔
عمر کی بالائی حد میں نرمی بشمول 05 سال کی عمر کی مقررہ حد سے زیادہ اور اس سے زیادہ کی چھوٹ بھی سول پوسٹوں پر ابتدائی تقرری (بالائی عمر کی حد میں نرمی) رولز، 1993 کے تحت قابل قبول ہوگی۔
