Outline of Main Duties/ Responsibilities

To manage and lead a team of business analysts for day-to-day business support initiatives and software upgrade tasks for Core Banking Application(s).

To work with the Program Management Office (PMO) and other IT services technical delivery teams to assess new project requests and ensure that appropriate solutions are identified

To formulate and define system scope and objectives through research and fact- finding, combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements

To analyze business and user needs, document requirements and translate into proper system requirement specifications

To analyze industry best technology practices, vendor products and services, etc.

To analyze and document business processes and metrics, and identify improvement opportunities

To re-engineer processes to deliver greater effectiveness and efficiency

To identify / document how applications and systems interact to support business processes

To assess, apply and project the impact of system changes on users, internal and external clients or stakeholders

To manage test plans and test cases to ensure changes made to the application(s) meet client needs and that application integrity is maintained

To oversee a variety of tests, such as system, integration, readiness, and acceptance tests

To ensure that the changes made by programmers are correct and one part of the application does not impact other parts

Outline of Main Duties/ Responsibilities

To manage a portfolio of complex Core Banking routine and software upgrade initiatives that span one or multiple business lines of the Core Banking Application To manage the delivery and / or support of projects to meet business objectives and goals
To develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, required documentation and presentations to various audiences, including project team, sponsors, CTO, and key stakeholders
To create detailed customer project requirements, constraints, and assumptions with stakeholders in order to establish the project deliverables
